Die Manufacturing
SD projects and manufactures dies for its clients as well as for its own pressing of metal small ware for costume jewellery.
The design and the manufacture of the aforementioned dies take place in the technical department with a Fadal vertical machining centre, three EDM, one WEDM and one micro drilling machine, two tangential grinding machines, CAD-CAM equipment, two centre lathes and a milling machine.
SD also carries out milling works with machining centre on account of manufacture, mechanical assembly and welding with electrical and/or tin spot welders.
Our shearing department include two punch-bending machines, seven blanking machines from 12 to 100 tons, one bending machine, one wire-bending machine max diameter 5mm length 200mm and three wire bending machines max diameter 1,5 mm length 60 mm.
The regular upkeep of our equipment used to manufacture dies and its periodical renewal is a further guarantee of the quality of our products.
